Wash and fold service is a complete drop-off solution where our laundry professionals handle your garments from start to finish. At The Valley Laundry, we carefully separate your lights and darks, wash your items using premium detergents, expertly fold or hang your garments, match your socks, and wrap everything in protective plastic. The primary benefit to you is time: instead of spending hours sorting, washing, and folding, you get that time back to focus on work, family, or leisure, all while enjoying higher-quality care, free sanitization cycles, and crisp, professional results.

How Our Wash & Fold Service Works

Drop Off Your Laundry: Visit our Woodburn location and leave your laundry with one of our friendly attendants. If you would like your laundry back the same day, drop off your clothes before noon.

Provide Special Instructions: Specify water temperatures, hanging requests, or delicate care requirements at the drop-off counter.  

Free Spot Treatments & Upgrades: We treat stains at no extra charge and use PowerPax Free & Clear detergent for a sensitive, deep clean.  

Professional Sorting & Washing: Our team separates your lights and darks and uses custom wash cycles - including a free sanitization cycle - to keep clothes fresh. 

Expert Folding & Custom Packaging: Items are neatly folded, socks are matched and strapped, requested garments are hung, and your clean laundry is wrapped in plastic for protection.

Routine everyday apparel is priced at a simple $1.50 per pound with a 25-pound minimum, giving you predictable rates for standard laundry. For bulky household items like sleeping bags or king, queen, and full comforters, we charge a flat fee per item. This transparent pricing structure ensures you only pay for what you need, whether it is routine weight-based laundry or specialized flat-rate treatments for larger beddings

Frequently Asked Wash & Fold Questions

You can drop off your laundry anytime our attendants are on-site between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Our standard turnaround is next-day service, but if you drop off your laundry by 12:00 PM Noon, we offer same-day service at no extra charge

Our drop-off service is $1.50 per pound with a 25-pound order minimum. Bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags are priced at flat rates per item regardless of weight (e.g., $15 for sleeping bags, $20–$30 for comforters).

We handle everything from start to finish! We separate lights and darks, wash with PowerPax Free & Clear detergent, spot-treat stains upon request, pair and strap socks together, and bundle your clean clothes neatly in protective plastic wrapping.

Yes! We are happy to follow your custom washing preferences at no extra charge. We can also hang up specific items for you—just let us know when you drop off your laundry.
